Turtle figures made with painted resin by an artisan from the Peruvian Amazon. 

One design of these turtles has a scallop edge shell that represents an aquatic turtle in many colors.  The design of the other turtle has a globe like shell that represents a land turtle or tortoise.  It also come in many colors.

These figures are made by an artisan who was a former inmate at a prison in Iquitos who is now making and selling her crafts to support her new life.
