Cardinal ceramic bird water whistle from the Peruvian Amazon

This fun ceramic water whistle represents the northern cardinal - a favorite backyard bird found in most of North America.  Blow into this fun ceramic whistle and you get one sound - add some water and blow again to get a fun trill that sounds just like a bird!  .

Each little flute has a hole that can be left uncovered or covered with your finger to vary the pitch of the whistle.  It has one extra loop for a clasp or string to wear your whistle with you anywhere.

Made by local artisans from the city of Iquitos in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.
